The Best Offline PC Games 2019: top PC games right now

Single-player games aren't dead yet and this has been a great year for them.
Hi folks, Today on Experz Media the top 15 new single-player games of 2019 starting off at number 15.

15.Blood-stained ritual of the night

If you are looking for the experience of an old-school Castlevania game done with a very nice contemporary coat of paint you need to look no further than this. This game does it and does it well. I can remember it like it was yesterday, being worried about this game due to its graphical blandness. Well, that's just absolutely not a problem. The graphics of this game are great. It's a pleasure at every moment and if you like Castlevania there's no reason not to play this. If you're too young to remember Castlevania but like action platformers then this is something you have to try.

14. Outer wilds

It is a very different game. Outer Wilds is an open-world exploration action-adventure indie video game. In the game, the player-character finds themself on a planet with only 22 minutes before the local sun goes supernova and kills them. The player continually repeats this 22-minute cycle by learning details that can help alter the outcome on later playthroughs. It's like you have to put together a lore-based puzzle to figure out how to get out of a time loop. It is a delightful experience though sometimes it can be frustrating. However, it's always rewarding when you make progress in this game and unlock access to other areas of this game. Do try this game as you will surely like it.

13. A plague tale innocence

A Plague Tale: Innocence is an action-adventure horror stealth game. The game is a series of survival puzzles, mostly consisting of methods to scare away or distract the hordes of hungry rats in order to gain access to new areas or direct them towards enemies. It is a game that will take you for a surprise. Basically whatever you're expecting out of it kind of tosses out. I would say it's not really explicitly anything but is very brisk and good at evoking emotions particularly fear. The general idea is that you're trying to protect the kid during a plague. The plague is symbolized by rats who devour anything they come across. This is an incredibly immersive game not just because it's gorgeous but because the gameplay is neither too simple nor difficult and keeps you on a track that always leads to something interesting. It is a wonderful game and you must give it a shot.

12. Kingdom Hearts 3

Kingdom Hearts is a 2019 action role-playing game. It is one of the best  Kingdom Hearts ever made as far as third-person action goes. Gameplay in Kingdom Hearts 3 is similar to its predecessors, with hack and slash combat. The game is inspired by classic Walt Disney Productions and is published by Square Enix. Kingdom Hearts 3 was released worldwide in January 2019 and was met with generally positive reviews from critics. It sold over five million copies within its first week of release, becoming both the fastest-selling and best-selling game in the series' history. The story is going to neatly and easily wrap itself up though it is a bit complicated. It is such a fluid and enjoyable game that there's no reason not to play it.

11. The outer worlds

The Outer Worlds is a new RPG from Obsidian Entertainment, the studio behind Fallout: New Vegas and Pillars of Eternity. The game will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows on October 25, 2019.
From all the trailers and gameplay we've seen since its announcement early this year, it seems like it is going to be something special. We are expecting an RPG with plenty of surprises, inventive quests, and a killer wit. The Character you decide to become will determine how this player-driven story unfolds. In the corporate equation for the colony, you are the unplanned variable. The game seems visually rich and colorful.
It is one of the games for which people are eagerly waiting for.

10. The surge 2

The Surge 2 is an action role-playing video game played from a third-person perspective, developed by Deck13 Interactive and published by Focus Home Interactive for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It is the sequel to 2017's The Surge.  It is build on everything that made the surge great except the environment is much bigger and it has a level of verticality. It is a well-known fact that the game is inspired by Dark Souls. In a bid to survive, explore the sprawling, devastated Jericho City. Fight ferocious threats in brutal, unforgiving combat. The game features a character creator which allows players to customize the appearances and gender of their player avatar. Players can utilize a variety of melee weapons to defeat enemies, whose Limbs can be targeted and removed individually. Players can also dodge and parry attacks, which requires players to properly angulate their equipped weapon. I'd recommend going through the first one it's got some flaws but it's really fun and do give a try to The surge 2.

9. Shenmue 3

This is a game that has been in the making for a very long time and it is so exciting to see it's release date now. Shenmue is popularly known as one of the most ambitious game projects in the history of game development and has captured the imagination of players from around the world. Shenmue 3 is an upcoming action-adventure game developed by Neilo and Ys Net, scheduled to be published by Deep Silver on November 19, 2019, for Windows and PlayStation 4.  An awe-inspiring world with an immersive story, featuring cinematic sequences, a realistic fighting system, and entertaining mini-games, Shenmue garnered acclaim and adoration all over the world. You play the character of Ryo Hazuki who wants to unravel the mystery behind his father's murder and wants to take revenge from the killer. People all over the world are dying to play this game.

8. Pokemon sword and shield

Pokemon Sword and Shield are upcoming role-playing video games developed by Game Freak and published by The Pokemon Company and Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. The games are set for a worldwide release on November 15, 2019. Like the original pokemon titles, these are also role-playing games. The Sword and Shield games will be set in the Galar Region and will include a number of creatures including three new starting Pokemon, Scorbunny, Sobble, and Grookey. We'll also see a new mechanic called Dynamaxing that will replace Z-Moves and Mega-Evolutions – and apparently even Poke Jobs that help your Pokemon gain experience. Sword and Sheild is proving to be the most ambitious thus far and we’ve yet to see how everything will tie in together.

7. Days gone

If you're familiar with zombie games then you can say that this is kind of like the mother of all of them. It takes so many different concepts and merges them into one experience. This game is developed by SIE Bend Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 4 on April 26, 2019. Days Gone is an action-adventure survival horror game set in a post-apocalyptic open world, played from a third-person perspective.
The game’s major highlights are the terrifying zombie hordes and it is incredibly fun to fight those zombie hordes! Days Gone is a blend of multiple open-world and zombie games. Even though the gameplay stays pretty much the same throughout the entire game, the acting, riding your motorcycle and the survival bits make this game worth playing.

6. Judgment

Judgment is an action-adventure video game developed and published by the makers of Yakuza series i.e., Sega for the PlayStation 4. The game was released on December 13, 2018 in Japan, and on June 25, 2019 worldwide. The basic framework of this game is similar to that of Yakuza. You will be exploring a compact but densely packed Kamurocho, where you can wander into an arcade to play Virtua Fighter or find an out-of-the-way whisky bar stocked with only the finest. You’ll also get into a lot of fistfights; just like Kiryu used to get into in the Yakuza series. Judgment offers the most amount of fun and variety while also containing a gripping story that'll keep you guessing until the end.
This game never fails to give you something new and something enjoyable.

5. Doom eternal

Doom Eternal, an upcoming first person shooter game has been delayed into 2020. Previously, the release date was set for November 22 but now Id Software and publisher Bethesda has announced that Doom Eternal's release date is now set for March 20, 2020, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, as well as the Stadia service, with a Nintendo Switch version planned for a release thereafter. You take the role of the Doom Slayer, an ancient warrior who battles the demonic forces of Hell. The game continues its predecessor's and emphasis on "push-forward" combat. It kind of encourages the player to aggressively engage the enemies in order to acquire health and ammo. The player has access to various weapons like the Combat Shotgun, Super Shotgun, Heavy Cannon, Rocket Launcher, Plasma Rifle, BFG 9000, Ballista and Melee weapons such as a chainsaw, the "Crucible Blade" energy sword and a retractable arm-blade can also be used. Armaments including missiles, grenade launchers and flamethrowers can also be attached to the Doom Slayer's armor which makes fighting even more epic. New movement mechanics such as wall-climbing and dash moves will also be introduced in the game. The Super Shotgun is equipped with a "Meat Hook", which can be used as a grappling hook in both combat scenarios and environmental navigation!
I would say that this game has a ton of potential in it and we all have high hopes and are looking forward to play the game.

4. Devil May Cry 5

Now this is a real Devil May Cry sequel according to me and a lot of people. It is definitely a superior game to DMC Devil May Cry but we don't even really need to make the comparison here. It's such a wonderful complete package that gives you everything you could possibly want from the name Devil May Cry. Devil May Cry 5 is an action-adventure hack and slash video game developed and published by Capcom. The game takes place five years after Devil May Cry 4 and follows a trio of warriors with demonic powers: Dante, Nero and a new protagonist named V as they attempt to stop the Demon King Urizen, from destroying the human world. This game has a  fast-paced hack and slash "stylish action" gameplay similar to that of the other titles in the Devil May Cry series. This game is of course on the next level as far as visuals go, being one of the most beautiful games to come out of Capcom. It's the true successor to the original franchise and simply go for this game , you will love it.

3.  SEKIRO SHADOWS DIE TWICE

Carve your own clever path to vengeance in an all-new adventure from developer FromSoftware, creators of Bloodborne and the Dark Souls series. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is an action-adventure video game developed by FromSoftware and published by Activision. It was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on 22 March 2019. What really needs to be said for people unfamiliar to this game is that it is  a hard game with very smooth fluid combat that requires some strategy and at the same there is this beautiful massive world. You can use a grappling hook to get around in.The game is good and beautiful. I don't know how you could like Dark Souls and blood-borne and all of these types of games and not love this one. This is a phenomenal entry in the from software game records..

2. Death stranding

It's a Hideo Kojima game and that's more than enough reason for me to play this game. Death Stranding is an upcoming action game developed by Kojima Productions and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for PlayStation 4. It is the first game from director Hideo Kojima and Kojima Productions after their disbandment from Konami in 2015. It was announced at E3 2016, and is set to be released on November 8, 2019.I think it looks like a really fun game. The game looks very weird and mysterious and I am really looking forward to play the game. In a lot of ways it reminds me of Metal Gear solid 5. Can't wait to put my hands on this game .

1. Resident Evil 2

Resident Evil 2 is a survival horror game developed and published by Capcom. It is actually a remake of Resident Evil 2 (1998 game). You play as Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield as they attempt to escape from Racoon City during a zombie apocalypse. It features "over-the-shoulder" third-person shooter gameplay similar to Resident Evil 4. Now, I understand that this is a remake in every sense however it does so much different, well retaining the fee atmosphere and important elements of the original game that I think it kind of qualifies as a new game. I've seen discussions on it and I want to say that it's like its own kind of masterpiece and it should be regarded separately from the original game. This game gives you everything you would expect from it. Resident Evil 2 remake is phenomenal. It is every bit as scary if not more scary than the original and you will love every minute of it. Everything we can observe about this game feels right. It's beautiful, it retains the kind of gameplay that the original had and it gives us so much more to look.

I Hope You Enjoyed Reading our Article :)
Have a Great Day!
